School safety program
Satisfying TX HB3
Texas Education code 37.0814(d)(2) states that a board may claim good cause to develop an alternative standard which may include a school district employee who has completed school safety training provided by a qualified handgun instructor and carries a handgun on school premises in accordance with written regulations or written authorization of the district.

The Training
Our training goes well above and beyond just the requirements. We do not check boxes and send you on your way. Our students earn it. We pride ourselves on our instructors ability to inspire and train your staff to step up when it matters. We use force on force (stress inoculation) training as part of our program as well as our follow up in-service to keep your "guardians" sharp.
